Bully and racism

 People get scared if they think something will damage their security. In other words, they are insecure, therefore they are afraid. Bullies are afraid of the security of their ego, their reputation, might be damaged if they don’t act tough and bully other people. This can be seen prevalently among kids. Racists are afraid of the security of their bloodline if they let other races be. They all have their reasons, which typically are the most primitive ones. It is just their way that those people chose to deal with modern changes like globalization and mixed race. However, this is a zero sum solution, if not a negative sum one. There are better solutions that would benefit both parties. Bullying and being racist is basically warfare between an attacker and a defender, and as we may know now after thousands of years of warfare, this doesn’t end up to be the most productive way to live. And we need to be productive more than ever nowadays to survive the downfall ahead, where our human-power and other fossil resources dry out, our planet climate react negatively to our industry, and our past mistakes of ignorance catch up to us, for example the PFAS incident. 

I believe that when it calls to it, human will put up a fight. But not without loses. And only with loses human learn.
