Room to grow

But then what does it mean by being a productive human?

We don’t have to throw away our culture and legacy to be more in tune with the modern age. In fact, we should not. It gives us the identity, and let us fight to improve that identity, the image of a group of people as a whole, therefore improving our self-image.

But there are things we do need to be open minded. New things. We need to be acceptance of new, different things that are occurring around us, and understand that these changes may or may not harm our identity. More specifically, we have to analyze the changes instead of boycotting it immediately. If they do harm our identity, then we should consider which is better, and choose accordingly. That is just a normal reasonable way to handle things. However, society as a collective mind is still very young, lazy, and ignorant. Individually, we may understand that these arguments are reasonable, but as a whole, we haven’t had much chance to develop mentally. As mentioned before, it was just a few decades after we have achieved globalization.

A simple way to start with globalization is to have races mix genetically before culturally. Culture is a collective identity, so it is much harder to change than genetic. Mixing genetic would be a viable way to help this. Mixed offsprings all tend to have higher stats thanks to a wider selection of genes. Racism will be discarded as a result. We need all the help we can get for the fight ahead, so now is not really the time to be fighting among each other anymore. That does sound idealistically, and we have survived terrible disasters without the need to fully unite. But our possibility will grow exponentially if we manage to accomplish that feat. This is room for humanity to grow in. I guess we haven’t yet reached our peak.
